Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Understanding of global supply chain economics and outbound transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present in front of large groups and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3PL vendors and stakeholders to map outbound domestic transportation flows in the US.
• Collaborate to set RACI ownership across B2B and B2C channels.
• Develop financial modeling and reporting for month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Design dashboards to provide insights into KPIs and cost per unit drivers.
• Maintain transportation forecast model reliability through data analysis and cross-functional input.
• Identify opportunities to improve outbound transportation efficiency and CPU.
• Serve as primary contact between transportation and finance for budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and evaluate outbound transportation contracts and cost structures.
• Assist with invoicing verification, payment approvals, and dispute management.
