Responsibilities

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager, who represents the core values and traits of Lacoste. The Supply Chain Finance Manager is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders on outbound domestic transportation flows to enhance financial controllership of costs, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This position will play a crucial role in building a forward-looking, data driven Supply Chain Financial organization capable of driving actionable operational and strategic insights and improvements.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Partner with 3PL vendors and key stakeholders (i.e. store operations, finance, ecommerce/digital, marketing, etc.) to identify end-to-end outbound domestic transportation flows and processes within the US.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set RACI ownership and accountability of transportation spend across B2B and B2C channels.
• Develop financial modeling and reporting to assist with month-end closing, forecasting, actuals reporting, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis of outbound transportation costs.
• Design data dashboards to provide insights into outbound transportation key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost per unit (CPU) drivers.
• Maintain transportation forecast model reliability through data analysis and collaboration with internal departments to account for trend factors and organizational impacts to costs.
• Identify opportunities and provide actionable business recommendations to drive outbound transportation efficiency and cost per unit (CPU) improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and support between transportation and finance to ensure proper management of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and evaluate outbound transportation contracts and cost structure.
• Assist with invoicing verification, payment approvals and dispute management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Logistics, or Transportation
• Comprehensive understanding of global supply chain economics, outbound transportation, accounting principles and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present in front of large groups and key stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers, and remote teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills (Process Flows, RACI set up, etc).
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Power Point, and Word.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• College degree preferred.
