Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership. You will guide decisions across freight, warehousing, inventory, and capital projects, providing analysis to drive cost management and working capital improvements.

The role requires 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and strong Excel and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, or other BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance support for freight, outside warehousing, inventory, and capital projects.
• Own the monthly accrual process in line with the close calendar.
• Support annual budget and forecast processes with business leaders.
• Prepare schedules and analyses for external audits and management reviews.
• Build forecasting models, trends, and what-if analyses; improve reporting.
