Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks a procurement specialist to develop end-to-end strategies for equipment spare parts, minimize carrying costs, and manage inventory across the supply chain. The role involves integrating procurement data with IBM Maximo for accuracy and visibility, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, perform cycle counts, and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience handling spare parts procurement processes (PO initiation, GRN, receiving, stocking, inventory tracking).
• Ability to integrate procurement data with IBM Maximo for accuracy and visibility.
• Vendor relationship management for favorable pricing and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end procurement strategies for equipment spare parts to minimize carrying costs.
• Integrate spare parts procurement with SAP backflush and Maximo data for accuracy.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, and shipping of spare parts.
• Analyze inventory data and forecast demand in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Create PFEP templates and dashboards for real-time inventory visibility and procurement status.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
