Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Johns Creek, GA seeks a procurement specialist to develop and execute end-to-end strategies for spare parts, minimize inventory costs, and integrate procurement with IBM Maximo. You will manage supplier relationships, stock planning, cycle counts, and data accuracy across SAP and Maximo platforms while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include EOQ/ROP planning, PFEP development, and real-time dashboards for inventory visibility.

Qualifications

• Understand and optimize end-to-end spare parts procurement processes (PO initiation, GRN, inspection, receiving, stocking, inventory tracking) and integrate with IBM Maximo for data accuracy and visibility.
• Develop and maintain PFEP templates for spare parts and integrate with Maximo to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze inventory data and usage to forecast demand with maintenance teams and optimize stock levels using EOQ, ROP, and Min/Max methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and generate regular management reports on inventory status and cost of sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for equipment spare parts to minimize inventory carrying costs.
• Understand and integrate spare parts procurement with SAP and Maximo for data accuracy and visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships to secure favorable pricing and timely delivery.
• Recommend sourcing strategies based on business needs and real-time tracking solutions.
• Categorize spare parts and implement EOQ, ROP, and Min/Max to define optimal stock levels.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, and shipping spare parts.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand with maintenance teams and optimize stock levels.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve logistical issues.
• Organize and label parts for easy identification; inspect incoming parts for quality.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (FDA for medical devices).
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions for audits and generate reports for management.
