Job summary

PowerSecure seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and materials planning for manufacturing, service, and field operations. You will scale operations, optimize supplier networks, and drive cost-out initiatives while partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and Finance.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain with 7+ years in senior leadership, and certifications such as ISM-CPSM or ASCM-CSCP.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategies to support significant business growth (2x–3x+).
• Deep experience in vertically integrated manufacturing & assembly operation environments is required; experience with fabrication, welding, switchgear and controls, and/or power generation equipment is preferred.
• Demonstrated success negotiating supplier contracts exceeding $100 million and managing multi-year master service agreements in domestic and international supplier partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and sourcing functions from demand planning through procurement and materials management.
• Drive material availability and cost-competitive, timely delivery aligned with production schedules and customer commitments.
• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to growth and new product introductions.
• Establish best-in-class sourcing and procurement strategies across all commodities.
• Oversee supplier risk management and continuity planning, striving for continuous improvement and Lean practices.
