Lief Labs in Valencia, CA is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end sourcing, planning, and Customer Operations—ensuring materials, production plans, supplier partnerships, and customer commitments meet speed and accuracy standards.

This role shapes strategy, builds operating rhythms, improves service levels, reduces risk, and optimizes working capital within a regulated nutraceutical manufacturing environment, while guiding a high-performing analytics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Supply Chain organization across Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Operations.
• Set and execute supply chain strategies to improve service, readiness, material availability, cost, and inventory health.
• Oversee sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, PO execution, onboarding, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
• Guide supply planning, including MRP governance, production proposals, master planning, capacity alignment, and long-term plans.
• Align planning with customer orders, production, procurement, and logistics execution.
• Lead Customer Operations, including order management, communication, fulfillment, and OTIF performance.
• Escalate complex supplier, customer, and planning challenges as needed.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, and others to align priorities and timelines.
• Track KPIs like supplier performance, cost savings, and service levels.
• Coach and grow a high-performing, analytical team.
