Lief Labs in Valencia, CA is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, planning, and customer operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years progressively responsible experience in supply chain leadership roles.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Supply Chain organization across sourcing, planning, and customer operations.
• Set and execute strategies to improve service, readiness, inventory, and working capital.
• Oversee sourcing activities including RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, PO execution, onboarding, and risk mitigation.
• Guide supply planning processes: MRP governance, production planning, capacity alignment, long- and short-term plans.
• Ensure planning aligns with orders, schedules, capacity, and logistics.
• Lead Customer Operations including order management and on-time in-full performance.
• Serve as escalation leader for supplier, customer, and fulfillment challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Track KPIs like OTIF, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
