Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain. You will develop strategy, align production, procurement, and logistics with business goals, and drive improvements across the network.

You’ll negotiate long-term supplier agreements, implement S&OP/MRP processes, and supervise a cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supply chain management across procurement, production, logistics, and inventory.
• Knowledge of export control regulations for commercial and defense products.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain plans.
