Eriez, a leader in magnetic separation and related technologies, seeks a Supply Chain Director to optimize our end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, and logistics. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to drive growth and operational efficiency.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and a track record of improving service levels and cost-to-serve across a multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record leading strategic supply chain initiatives (S&OP/IBP) with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated supply chain function aligning planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics with business objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as supplier performance, service levels, inventory turns, lead times, and freight costs.
