Job summary

Eriez is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead the end-to-end supply chain for manufacturing, including demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, inventory, and logistics. You will align customer demand with capacity, supplier performance, and logistics to optimize cost, on-time delivery, and working capital.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Finance, setting broader supply chain strategy and leading cross-site initiatives to support growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years leading supply chain, planning, logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP and multi-site programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory and logistics.
• Define and monitor KPIs (supplier performance, service levels, inventory turns, lead times, on-time delivery, freight costs).
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with growth and operations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance.
• Oversee demand planning and translate forecasts into production schedules.
• Oversee international logistics and compliance.
