Job summary

UFP Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain for AJR Enterprises in St. Charles, IL. The role leads regional sourcing, procurement, logistics, planning, and inventory across multiple entities, driving lean processes and ERP-enabled improvements.

You will collaborate with executive leaders to optimize supplier relationships, implement cost-saving programs, and ensure on-time production while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years in manufacturing and high-volume purchasing.
• 5+ years in multi-site supply chain leadership.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions.
• ERP optimization, inventory reduction, and warehouse redesign experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, logistics, planning and inventory control for multiple sites.
• Oversee ERP-enabled supply chain transformation and data integrity.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing events, bids, and procurement activities.
• Establish policies for purchasing, inventory management, and forecast coverage.
• Drive lean methodologies and PFEP across the network.
