Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy across a multi-facility manufacturing footprint. This senior leader will drive material planning, procurement, and logistics with a focus on aerospace, medical device, and defense sectors, ensuring AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and MIL-PRF compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or professional certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, material planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Optimize multi-facility production workflows and ensure regulatory compliance (AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, MIL-PRF).
• Develop and execute S&OP processes aligning forecasts with shop-floor scheduling.
• Drive lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives across logistics to reduce waste and costs.
