Indotronix UK is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Florence, SC. The role requires collaboration across regions to optimize category strategies, manage PPAP activities, and support cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Supply Chain management function, procurement, or cost management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, Concept Configurations, Elog, and drawing database (Windchill).
• Strategic planning/thinking skills with analytical and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar data manipulation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teamwork and communicate with all levels of management.
• Experience with project management, change management, and negotiation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit category strategies and year-over-year cost savings initiatives, including negotiation and design-change opportunities, while ensuring timely execution against established schedules.
• Collaborate with regional or global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies within sub-system and across commodities.
• Collaborate with Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM), and assist with Gate Reviews and Material Disposition List Analysis.
• Update applications including ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ daily.
• Support RFQs (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, business case, and ROI.
• Coordinate PPAP activities for Florence operations, including PPAP requests, requisition and PO processing, sample delivery confirmation, supplier follow-up, and PSW issuance coordination with Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Support new product introductions, lean improvements, engineering changes, and work transition activities.
• Maintain accuracy of MRP part and supplier data, working cross-functionally with Commodity Management, Buyers, Materials Engineering, and others.
• Facilitate cross-functional IPD meetings and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting.
