Job summary

TEKsystems, an Allegis Group company, seeks an on-site Supply Chain Coordinator in Florence, SC for a contract role. The candidate will support Business Unit initiatives and metrics for Electrical and/or Mechanical Categories, driving Lean improvements and data integrity across ERP/JDE systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with regional/global supply chain teams, managing RFQ/RFI/RFP activities, PPAP coordination for Florence operations, and maintaining MRP data with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, Concept Configurations, Elog, and drawing database Windchill.
• Strategic planning/thinking with analytical and execution skills.
• Experience with Excel and/or other data manipulation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive teamwork between groups and across functional teams.
• Strong communication skills at all management levels.
• Project management, change management, and negotiating capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit category strategies and year-over-year cost savings initiatives, including negotiation and design-change opportunities, while ensuring timely execution against established schedules.
• Collaborate with regional/global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies within sub-systems and across commodities.
• Collaborate with Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM) and help with regular workloads of Gate reviews.
• Review, manage Material Disposition List Analysis and identify opportunities for improvement, aligning suppliers for sourcing plans.
• Update all applications including ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ on a daily basis.
• Support RFQs (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, and ROI.
