Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or engineering.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, or cost management.
• Experience with Excel or other data manipulation tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing systems and ERP/JDE configurations, Windchill and related drawing databases.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and execution skills.
• Excellent communication across all management levels.
• Ability to drive teamwork across functional groups.
• Project, change management and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit category strategies and cost savings initiatives with timely execution.
• Collaborate with regional/global supply chain for synergies across commodities.
• Assist with Gate Reviews, Material Disposition List Analysis, and supplier alignment.
• Update applications (ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, RFQ systems) daily.
• Support RFQs (RFI/RFP), total landed cost analysis, business cases and ROI.
• Coordinate PPAP activities for Florence operations and related PO processing.
• Assist NPI, Lean improvements, engineering changes, and work transitions.
• Maintain MRP part and supplier data across functions.
• Participate in cross-functional IPD meetings and report-out activities.
