Job summary

Vanderlande in the United States seeks a Supply Execution Coordinator to serve as the point of contact for the Project Team on all supply chain questions. You will plan and coordinate project supply, collaborate with the project planner, and help the Supply Chain Center execute the plan.

This role emphasizes monitoring orders, budgeting for USA/CAN equipment, contributing to proposals during sales, and building long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliant purchasing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Experience with purchasing creation, monitoring, and expediting.
• Analytical research within databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Supply Chain Center contact person for the project team (Project Manager/ Project Leader Engineering/ Project Planner/ Site Supervisor/Finance)
• Monitor, prioritize and report progress of supply orders for each assigned project; communicate delays and corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage the SCC USA/CAN equipment budget for each assigned project.
• Provide input during the sales phase to assist Systems Engineering in producing a competitive proposal and rough cut project supply plan.
• Create a Project Supply Plan with the team to optimize Quality, Logistics, Technology and Cost (QLTC).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and plan all bulk and anonymous material supply.
• Maintain supply base and build long-term relationships with key partners.
• Draft and enforce contract templates for installation services and suppliers.
• Ensure purchasing practices meet safety, regulatory and quality system requirements.
