Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to act as the procurement expert during the Project Execution phase, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of products and services. You will collaborate with engineering and project teams to minimize risk and align with the Supply Plan.

In this role, you will drive RFx events, evaluate supplier proposals, and support negotiations to optimize cost and performance across CTO/ETO-related project offerings. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, or project execution within technical/engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of RFx processes and supplier performance management.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and drive cost savings while balancing risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the procurement expert during project execution and sales phases.
• Manage RFx events for non-itemized items and coordinate supplier evaluations.
• Align procurement activities with the project Supply Plan and category strategies.
• Provide options and recommendations when specifications change or suppliers are unsuitable.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, project engineering, and cross-functional teams to minimize risk and cost.
