Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Oregon seeks a Supply Chain Contracts Manager to draft, review, and negotiate supplier agreements supporting procurement operations.

You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to balance cost, risk, and compliance, handling MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, and SOWs. 5-7+ years experience; MBA preferred; SAP/CLM knowledge; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in contracts management, procurement or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating supplier agreements and in leading complex vendor negotiation and managing contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms.
• Experience in supporting strategic sourcing and commodity management teams.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain agreements including MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Lead negotiations of key commercial terms including pricing, lead times, payment terms, liabilities and warranties.
• Ensure flow-down provisions and regulatory requirements (ITAR, EAR, ESG) are incorporated.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial and operational risks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Maintain contract templates and support internal and external audits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal, Finance, or related field

MBA or Master’s degree preferred
