Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new and/or continuing contract and service agreements for legal compliance, cost constraints, and contractual obligations.
• Research applicable federal, state, and local laws affecting bids and contracts.
• Negotiate terms with customers or bidders and advise departments on rights and obligations.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases and prepare estimates as needed.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure smooth award processes and coordinate with subcontractors as required.
