Job summary

Hultec Group is seeking a Buyer/Planner/Analyst for the U.S. region to analyze supply chain data, develop demand forecasts, manage inventory, and support order planning and execution.

This role supports new product introductions and drives data-based decision-making across the supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, queries).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Global Shop, SAP, Oracle, Sage).
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess.
• Analyze inventory turns, safety stock, and service levels.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Create and manage purchase/production orders in ERP/MRP systems and track status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to meet delivery requirements.
• Analyze supply chain data and develop dashboards and KPIs.
