Job summary

Allredi LLC. is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to manage inventory planning and purchasing for multiple branches. You will analyze stock requests, set parameters, and ensure product availability within the business system.

You will work with Inventory Director and Branch teams to optimize stock levels, implement replenishment strategies, and balance supply with demand across the network.

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Inventory Management policies and procedures.
• Superior analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities a must.
• Familiar with multi-branch and high sku inventory practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct product availability across branches and support procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop stocking strategies and replenishment methods to minimize cost per unit.
• Monitor Safety Stock and Reorder Thresholds to optimize in-stock rates.
• Use reporting to drive inventory optimization and KPI performance.
• Rationalize supplier base to improve purchasing leverage and DC utilization.
• Initiate internal transfers to balance inventory and reduce obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with Sourcing/Category managers on category strategies.
• Expedite critical items and re-source as needed with approval.
• Monitor purchasing emails and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assist Accounts Payable with PO accuracy and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain vendor pricing/quantity data for suppliers.
• Work with suppliers on availability and on-time delivery concerns.
