Job summary

Power Connector, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to strengthen and optimize our supply chain in a growth phase after acquisition by Amphenol. You will support planning, purchasing, and supplier management across multiple functions to enable on-time, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain or manufacturing, with strong communication and organizational skills, and a preference for background in connector or wire and cable industries.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or relevant field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Previous experience in the connector or wire and cable industry preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production and supply chain activities to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and suppliers to align demand and maintain continuity.
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment, materials, and inventory requirements using MRP and other planning tools.
• Lead purchasing activities, including supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, PO execution, and delivery management.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance across lead time, quality, cost, capacity, and throughput; lead supplier diversification initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, costs, deliveries, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Adjust production and supply plans in response to demand changes, material shortages, capacity constraints, and disruptions.
• Identify supply chain risks and opportunities while supporting SIOP, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
