Spectrum Control is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain and manufacturing operations through advanced reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, operations, finance, or related discipline preferred; equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, automate, and interpret recurring supply chain and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze demand and supply trends, material constraints, capacity considerations, and operational risks.
• Identify and address out-of-tolerance conditions before they impact production or commitments.
• Monitor customer requirements, delivery commitments, material shortages, backlog, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and other functions to resolve issues.
• Provide management with recurring metrics, dashboards, ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support.
