Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to provide financial and analytical support for budget management and cost control within the supply chain.

You will collaborate with operations and leadership to monitor expenditures, forecast costs, develop KPIs for procurement and inventory, review contracts, and drive continuous improvement using SAP and advanced Excel analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2–5 years of budget management or finance experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, vendors, and 3PLs.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Data mining and SQL skills preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, branded products, or food/beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop operating and capital expenditure budgets for supply chain activities.
• Monitor and analyze expenditures and forecast operational costs to support business decisions.
• Review, audit, and validate expenditures for payment authorization, managing cost center spending and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Support invoice booking processes, end-of-month cost allocation, and cross-charging of expenses to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, create performance dashboards, and communicate financial results to stakeholders as needed.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to procurement, supplier performance, and inventory management.
• Review contracts, negotiate rates and charges with service providers, and assess contract terms to identify financial implications and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support ad hoc analytics requests, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
