Job summary

CAPTEK Softgel International in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across the Cerritos, La Mirada, and Vista sites. You will translate customer demand into executable production plans, maintain the master schedule, and drive cross-functional execution with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High-volume production planning across multiple facilities experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Proficient ERP use and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and drive accountability.
• Experience with SYSPRO, Power BI, and finite scheduling tools preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain or production planning; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the master production schedule across sites.
• Identifies capacity gaps and recommends corrective actions.
• Ensures planning dates and priorities are accurate.
• Collaborates with procurement, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Leads planning reviews and drives root-cause analysis.
