Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory, and support global production plans. You will analyze demand, coordinate capacity, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in production/supply planning, with APICS certification preferred. Experience with SAP and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or related field required.
• At least six years work experience in Production/Supply Planning or equivalent.
• APICS or similar professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans (MTS and MTO) meeting forecasted demand while minimizing excess.
• Develop and execute capacity plan to ensure throughput and meet delivery objectives.
• Analyze demand and identify bottlenecks; communicate strategies to management.
• Direct Production Planners to ensure timely forecasted demand and provide alternatives.
• Maintain 3-month batch allocation forecasts to support market demands.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to balance constraints with production plans.
