Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance to manage supplier performance metrics and systems. You will own metrics oversight, act as SME for supplier NCs/CAPAs, and support audits related to Purchasing Controls, in the context of DePuy Synthes’ planned separation.

The role requires leading metrics discussions, maintaining OneASL and Supplier Quality Agreements, and ensuring compliance with DePuy Synthes processes post-separation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality performance and metrics oversight.
• Ability to lead supplier metrics meetings and commentary.
• Experience with audits related to Purchasing Controls.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and problem solving.
