Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to ensure the safety and quality of raw materials. You will work with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to maintain standards and manage supplier performance.

Responsibilities include auditing suppliers, approving specifications, resolving non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement within your category. A Bachelor's in a related field and 1–5 years' experience are preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for supplier interaction and team collaboration.
• Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail in fast-paced food-safety environments.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource on raw materials and supplier requirements across material categories.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with Amy's quality standards.
• Manage supplier documentation, qualification audits, and resolution of non-conformances.
