Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to ensure safety and quality of raw materials across categories such as Dairy, Fruits & Vegetables, Pulses & Grains, and Packaging.

You will collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory, and Culinary teams to manage supplier risk, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating audits, developing specifications, and resolving non-conformances while upholding Amy’s quality policies and food safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field; 1–5 years experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP/HACCP/HARPC/FSMA/FSVP/PCQI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research raw materials and understand Amy’s material requirements and supplier constraints.
• Plan, prepare and execute supplier audits to maintain quality standards.
• Approve raw material specifications including sensory, functionality, and safety requirements.
• Support supplier selection with quality and food safety perspectives during sourcing events.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective action processes.
• Maintain relationships with quality and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
