Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to ensure safety and quality of raw materials across categories, collaborating closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs. The role focuses on supplier qualification, audits, performance management, and corrective actions to maintain Amy's high standards.

You will lead audits, approve specifications, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement using GMP, HACCP, HARPC, and FSMA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Food Science or related field.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, HARPC, FSMA preferred.
• Ability to conduct supplier audits and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct supplier audits and assess risk.
• Approve raw material specifications and monitor QC metrics.
• Lead supplier corrective action programs and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and compliance.
