Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Diagnostics Specialist in the United States to oversee supplier quality and manufacturing interfaces. You will collaborate across Engineering, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Production to drive supplier performance and process improvements.

The role requires strong quality engineering experience, FDA/cGMP knowledge, and leadership in supplier audits and changes. Excellent communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years related experience and/or training.
• 4+ years quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure supplier performance through production line statistics and audits.
• Establish and report supplier quality metrics as required.
• Utilize quality engineering principles to develop supplier performance.
• Assist in supplier selection & qualification for new products and sourcing.
• Participate in supplier conferences, site visits and audits.
• Lead corrective actions for low-performing suppliers.
• Lead or assist in specification development for materials and products.
• Participate in product planning and material review processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with suppliers.
• Lead or assist in supplier audits and audit reporting.
