Qualifications

• Must have strong written communication and ability to document quality information clearly.
• Experience with quality systems, documentation, and sampling methods is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience in supplier quality or QA in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier performance monitoring, including data collection and surveys.
• Gather, trend, and report supplier quality data including nonconformances and field actions.
• Prepare clear, professional communications and documentation for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support SCARs by tracking responses, due dates, and completion status.
