Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to review, accept and organize supplier quality evidence in line with procurement specs to support make superstructures for CVN, CLB and VCS.

You will coordinate across departments, monitor project progress, and act as the primary contact on contracts or projects. The role involves ensuring GMP-compliant supplier activities, maintaining quality systems, and driving continuous improvement with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3 years of exempt experience.
• Equivalent qualifications include 2-year degree with experience, military paygrade E-5, or high school with extensive related experience.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, accept and organize supplier quality evidence per PO and specs.
• Coordinate between departments throughout the build process and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, address defects, and drive problem solving with teams and suppliers.
• Serve as the prime contact on contracts or projects.
