You will help monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate governance activities while developing expertise in third-party risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier or vendor management, operations, risk management, finance, consulting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience through internships, coursework, or full-time roles involving data analysis, reporting, project coordination, business operations, or stakeholder support is preferred.
• Interest in developing expertise in Strategic Supplier Management and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Supplier Managers in maintaining productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and analyze supplier performance data including SLAs, KPIs, risk metrics, and value creation.
• Assist in creating dashboards, scorecards, meeting materials, and updates on performance, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate supplier governance meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action logs.
• Monitor supplier issues, control deficiencies, and non-compliance; assist escalation and remediation tracking.
• Support supplier risk mitigation by identifying concerns and coordinating remediation actions.
• Assist reviews of contractual commitments and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, standardize processes, improve data quality, and automate manual activities.
• Assist with market and supplier research to support benchmarking and sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and support ad hoc analysis and reporting.
