Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Supplier Managers in maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and analyze supplier performance data including SLAs, KPIs, risk metrics, and value creation.
• Assist in creating dashboards, scorecards, and concise updates on performance and risks.
• Coordinate supplier governance meetings including agendas, minutes and action logs.
• Monitor open supplier issues, control deficiencies, and non-compliance events; assist remediation tracking.
• Support supplier risk mitigation by identifying concerns and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Review contractual commitments and identify opportunities for performance improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Finance and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, standardize processes, and automate manual tasks.
• Conduct market and supplier research to support benchmarking and sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and support ad hoc analysis and reporting.
