Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a results-oriented specialist to own supplier integration within our production system in New York. You will manage supplier launches, onboarding, data connections, and launch readiness, ensuring alignment with our build plans.

You will drive supplier performance through scorecards and structured interventions, connecting supplier processes to ERP and MRP flows and escalating when necessary. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier launches or integration for a manufacturer.
• Ability to recover failing suppliers with structured intervention.
• Ability to run scorecards and ensure data integrity for supplier performance.
• Experience connecting supplier processes to ERP and MRP flows.
• Effective escalation at the right level and time.

Responsibilities

• Own integration of key suppliers into the production system, aligning capacity, quality and delivery with build plans.
• Stand up new suppliers including onboarding, data connections and launch readiness.
• Run supplier performance scorecards, escalations and recovery plans when needed.
• Connect systems and processes: forecasts, releases, and ASNs flowing without spreadsheets.
