Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks a Supplier Integration Manager for the SPARC Assembly to lead strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier management within project and engineering teams. They will embed with the project and engineering teams, ensuring internal customer needs are met for capital equipment, tooling and services.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, driving cost savings, and coordinating cross-functionally to optimize supplier performance, with a focus on risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years’ related work experience in manufacturing, supply chain or supplier-focused environment.
• Experience supporting critical new product intro activities for highly technical products.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and ERP best practices.
• Ability to communicate with internal engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for SPARC Assembly.
• Develop and optimize purchasing processes and contract management.
• Negotiate contracts and statements of work with suppliers.
• Coordinate with legal and cross-functional teams on procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with planners and report project status to leadership.
