Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Supplier Engagement Specialist to join the Procurement team. You will help build supplier partnerships, improve sourcing strategies, and support new product development while driving cost, quality, and supply performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and contribute to procurement initiatives that strengthen the supply chain and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of procurement or related supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies across commodities and key categories.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for new product development and supplier performance.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value opportunities.
• Track procurement performance metrics and support cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Finance on sourcing projects.
