Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Supplier Engagement Specialist to join our Procurement team and strengthen supplier partnerships supporting BuzzBallz growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sourcing strategies, support new product development, and drive cost, quality, and supply performance.

This role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of procurement or related supply chain experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in project implementation or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across commodities, neutral spirits, sweeteners, flavors, and other key procurement categories.
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support new product development, supplier performance, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value creation opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
Track procurement performance metrics, support supplier scorecards, and contribute to cost savings, productivity, and contract compliance objectives.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of sourcing and commercialization projects.
