Job summary

You will balance risk across supplier work share, lead executive-level negotiations, and resolve complex problems with minimal direction. A strong DCMA/FAR background is essential for this role.

Base salary range is $85,000–$110,000 with travel 5–25% domestic and occasional international. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in negotiation and contracts, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with ERP, preferably SAP.
• Strong cost and price analysis skills and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Contract negotiation, LTA management, and complex problem resolution with critical suppliers.
• Supplier sourcing, workload analysis, and balancing supply risks.
• Critical supplier relationship management and onboarding.
• Coordinate procurement for program support and assist critical suppliers.
• Ensure FAR compliance and execute Pre-Buys.
