L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Northampton, MA is seeking a Specialist, Subcontracts Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team in developing and executing a robust supply chain strategy across MIS programs. You will manage budgets, schedule, and compliance while coordinating with Program, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. A PMP and ITAR/FAR knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in supply chain and program management across a product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key products/programs.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support full lifecycle.
• Ensure timely completion of material and subcontract milestones.
• Act as CAM for material and subcontract budgets and improve financial performance.
• Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead others by influence in a matrixed environment.
• Develop supply chain risks and opportunities and communicate issues with solutions.
