L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager of Subcontracts in the United States. The role leads the full acquisition lifecycle from proposal to program execution, aligning sourcing with business goals and managing budgets and supplier performance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in supply chain and subcontracts, with EVMS and A&D experience, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 9/80 schedule where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Subcontracts experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EVMS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with A&D.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and review the work of direct report(s) to achieve weekly objectives.
• Provide effective leadership in a fast-paced environment with a team mentality.
• Manage department and program budgets and explain variances monthly.
• Navigate FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures for compliance.
• Generate spending plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports.
• Travel up to 30% and obtain a US Security clearance.
