• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with price and cost analyses.
• Knowledge of Service Contract Labor Standards and applicability to service contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex subcontract actions including staff augmentation, research and development, consulting, and demonstrations.
• Perform pre- and post-award acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with Program, Finance, Budget, Legal, Export Control, Security, and Property Management teams.
• Develop procurement objectives and schedule activities to ensure timely contract awards.
