Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Subcontracts Account Manager to develop and manage strategic subcontractor partnerships across civil, electrical, and related scopes by region. The role emphasizes cost competitiveness, execution certainty, and long‑term value creation for DEPCOM.

You will collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, and Finance to align resources, benchmark performance, and

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontractor management and supplier relationships.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using data/benchmarks/market intelligence for commercial decisions.
• Experience identifying risks, constraints or opportunities and coordinating resources to support resolution.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, or customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic account plans and partner strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to align Estimating, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality and Finance.
• Identify subcontractors of focus for preferred partnerships by region and scope.
• Position DEPCOM as a customer of choice through proactive communication and executive engagement.
• Build relationships at executive, commercial, operational and technical levels with preferred subcontractor partners.
• Develop market intelligence regarding labor rates, costs, terms, and performance.
• Drive improved subcontract cost competitiveness through benchmarking and long‑term agreements.
• Facilitate technical collaboration between strategic partners and DEPCOM stakeholders.
• Measure partner performance across safety, quality, cost, productivity, schedule and execution reliability.
• Develop scalable systems and governance frameworks to support Strategic Partner Management.
