Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Subcontracts Account Manager to develop and manage strategic subcontractor partnerships across civil, electrical, and related scopes by region, driving cost competitiveness and execution certainty.

Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality and Finance to align resources, benchmark pricing, and advance long-term supplier relationships that support our projects.

Qualifications

• Develop and manage strategic subcontractor partnerships with regional focus for cost competitiveness and execution certainty.
• Move cross-functionally with Estimating, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality and Finance to align resources.
• Identify subcontractors for preferred partnerships based on regional needs, scope, and DEPCOM priorities.
• Position DEPCOM as a customer of choice through executive engagement, pipeline visibility, and long-term planning.
• Build relationships at executive, commercial, operational and technical levels with preferred partners.
• Develop market intelligence on labor rates, pricing, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, relationship maps, and partner strategies by region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resources for subcontractor relationships.
• Identify focus subcontractors for preferred partnerships based on regional needs and DEPCOM priorities.
• Drive cost competitiveness through benchmarking, negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Facilitate collaboration between strategic partners and DEPCOM stakeholders throughout pursuit, execution and closeout.
• Measure partner performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
