Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to lead the development and execution of subcontracting strategies for EPC projects. You will prepare RFPs, negotiate terms, select qualified vendors, and administer post-award subcontracts to protect the company's interests.

Responsibilities include managing high-volume workloads, coordinating with project teams, analyzing bids, and ensuring timely closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial EPC contracting environment.
• Knowledge of subcontracting policy and procedures.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of subcontracting strategies.
• Evaluate complex terms and issue subcontracts (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones and NDA compliance.
• Ensure subcontract files are audit-ready and well-maintained.
• Support proposal efforts with budgetary RFPs and negotiations.
