Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator, Lead, to manage contract negotiations and development activities while supervising a team of professionals. You will administer existing contracts and subcontracts, renew strategic alliances, and apply advanced principles to unusually complex problems.

Knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, and multiple contract types is required. Strong proposal-support experience and the ability to mentor others are valued as Booz Allen supports

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts, subcontracts, proposal preparation, or purchasing.
• Experience supporting complex proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contract types: FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF, LOE, T&M, IDIQ.
• Knowledge of documenting in compliance and federal regulations.
• Familiarity with FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles.
• HS diploma or GED.
