Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Subcontracts Specialist to lead procurement of materials and services in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan. This role ensures compliance with company policies and export/import regulations while supporting program leadership on cost, performance, and schedule.

Key responsibilities include managing all subcontracts with suppliers, maintaining records, and advising program teams on regulatory changes and bid evaluation to meet program requirements

Qualifications

• 4 years of procurement/subcontracts administration.
• 2 years negotiation and contract/proposal management experience.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all subcontracts with suppliers for products and services across project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with program office/contracts group and support Program Managers on cost, performance, and schedule matters.
• Administer existing subcontracts and maintain subcontract records; monitor regulatory changes.
• Communicate with subcontractors and address performance; evaluate bids for policy compliance.
• Execute quick react requirements identified by the program team; respond to data calls and support audit activities.
