Job summary

Elite Development Group is seeking a procurement and vendor management leader to build and optimize a multi-market trade network for residential and multi-family development. You will align procurement, inventory, and supplier strategies with project needs and company standards.

You will drive KPI-based vendor performance, standardize pricing and contracts, and partner with project teams to minimize downtime and maximize value across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management, subcontractor management, procurement, supply chain, or construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, vet, and onboard qualified trades to expand operational capacity.
• Build and maintain a deep bench of trade partners to support renovation, multi-family, and development projects.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, including verifying licenses, COIs, safety compliance, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain an Approved Vendor List and a vendor report card process.
